This course explains bribery and corruption, along with various examples of bribery offences. It also covers the UK Bribery Act 2010 and its six principles. By undertaking this course, learners will be able to recognise what the acceptable gifts and hospitality are within workplaces and support them in working in line with their company's policies for gifts, corporate hospitality, travel expenses, and facilitation payments.
