  • Business Strategy and IT Alignment - Understanding organisational objectives, strategic planning, and how IT functions support business goals

  • Information Security Frameworks - Implementing CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) principles, data protection, and compliance requirements

  • Organisational Procedures and Governance - Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, training protocols, awareness programmes, and procedural documentation

  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance - Data Protection Act, Computer Misuse Act, Human Rights Act, and their application in IT environments

  • IT Service Management - Service desk operations, incident management, problem management, and escalation procedures

  • Operations and Facilities Management - Security and access management, facilities coordination, and business continuity planning
